Normally, I don't need a coffee on a Saturday night at 8 PM, but last Last Saturday night, I was in Livermore, did not get a lot of sleep the night before, was on my feet all day walking around on a ship in Alameda, and needed to drive non-stop to Los Angeles ASAP. I was exhausted! I really did not think I could make it--I was barely functioning.
So I stopped in this Starbucks and told the woman about my situation and she said I have exactly what you need to make it to Los Angeles without a wink.
I don't know what she did, she cooked up some kind of hot coffee potion and whewwwwww....that drink powered me up like I have never seen before.
Not only did I have unprecedented energy to make it to Los Angeles, but when I got there at 2 AM, I walked around in the street for 30 minutes to get myself tired again--and there was still 1/4 a cup left!
Thank you Starbucks for saving me last Saturday Night--keep UP the good work keeping me UP! -

20 minutes for a Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade? At 2:45 PM on a Sunday? 3 people behind the counter. It's almost empty, though some folks did come through, GET THEIR DRUNKS, and left. Jamba next door is much quicker, and they are making SMOOTHIES!

I am SO tired of this happening. I paid for a venti iced soy sf vanilla latte and literally got a Venti iced soy milk. My fiancé brought it home to me but I could instantly tell that there was hardly any coffee in it or wayyy too much soy milk bc the color of it was too light.

The ladies were too busy gossiping and didn't notice any mobile orders. I had to ask them the status of mobile orders. That's really unusual for the type of services that I usually get from other Starbucks. There were no other customers in the store except for the two other mobile orders and they still have to gossip first. I guess so much for mobile "advance" orders. Disappointing!

This is a fine location. It's a Starbucks and it does the right things. Here's a tip for anyone using a Starbucks who is hyper-critical of minor interpersonal interactions: The mobile app. You order, walk in, pick up your order and walk out and get back in your car OR (here's the genius part) you stay in the Starbucks and enjoy your beverage.
